Recently, My partner Jef Ambassador and I purchased more land in Scafell taking us to the ownership of more than 1/2 of the sim...We each have invested some money into the game using our own credit cards.

So, we live together, we play the game together, but since we joined separately and share the cost of playing, we've basically neutered ourselves from getting the conceirge service. I realize LL has rules to live by, and I appreciate that. There should be some rule that accepts shared ownership for shared partners in Real Life. All they need to do is check billing addresses to see who does, in fact, live together.

At this juncture, I am having MUCH difficulty getting Jef to come into the game and although he shared the investment in the land that put us into the ownership of over 1/2 a sim, he is not convinced he wants to continue.

Frustration level grows...with the game that is not playing well and the rule that keeps us from getting what we are paying for... We are a TEAM in Real Life and choose to be a TEAM in our Second Lives, Linden Labs needs to find a way to support that. It's wrong to make only one person in a relationship carry the load...in this aspect, I agree with Wayfinder. Fix it please...

Are you of the mistaken impression that conceirge service is something other than a maketing ploy, kind of like a paper band reading "sanitized for your protection"?

Ask some folks who have experienced concierge service first hand before lamenting what you think you might not be getting. I think you will find the answer to be "not much".
