I remember, back in beta I found a little secret way to wear your friend on your arm... literally! By making a box call llAttachToAvatar when my friend sat on it, I was able to attach her to my right arm and stroll around the sim carrying her with me. Ah, fun Of course, the procedure rendered the attachment system highly unstable; I couldn't edit the position of the attached prim, or venture out of the simulator without causing it to crash. This resulted in LL disabling the ability. This is a feature that would just be something "cool" we can do with other (consenting) avatars. It would also provide alternatives for people trying to implement things like holding hands. Of course, Im not asking for a simple "let us do this again", it must be made stable before its reenabled. ==Chris

OMG I remember that! People sitting on other people's heads and stuff. Bring it back!

actually, the ability survived well past beta - I remember a bunch of us riding around on avs at the first of the big Flea Markets. We got over half a dozen on the one av (Reve Monde!) before the sim crashed hard. And yes, it really was a cool thing, and would facilitate doing so many things we can't easily do now. It'd be nice to think that if and when Havok 2 finally arrives that it could cope with this being reinstated.
