Any idea when we'll get an increase in the number of rendered lights from light source enabled objects?

Six is just to low, maybe make six a default but let us set how many we ultimately want rendered. Sometimes six just isn't enough for a really nicely lit night-time screenshot.

I know each one increases the amount of light tracing the renderer has to do, but I think I'd be willing to run at one frame a second for a really uniquely and complexly lit screenshot.

Thanks,
Fuzzy

The number 6 is not LL setup limitation, it's standard graphic card hardware limitation. The current method LL use to render lights in SL limited them to do it only 6 at a time, excluded the sun and the moon, which considered light sources as well.

In order to get more than 6, they would have to put back the software rendering in again, which what was really slow. Until they can find better method that is...

Bummer, ok, but it's an understandable reason.
