Suggestion for land tools

It's great that we can now set land *and* any objects on it for sale, but it would be very helpful to allow two pricing structures:

1. Price for land not including objects.
2. Price for land with all objects.

If you bought the parcel under "not including objects" pricing, all objects should be returned to owner.
