I'm sure this has already been suggested a million times..well here's number one million and one :p

The feature for creating clothes is very user friendly and easy enough, however, making alterations to the textures of clothing is lacking. I have been slowly trying to venture into the world of clothing design, but one thing that I don't find easy is changing the repeat of a pattern on a texture.

For example, when building objects and applying a texture to a prim, there is an option to make the patterns on a texture smaller, to change their positions a little, all sorts of things to enhance the appearance of your object. With creating clothes this option is not available. The result? Clothes with patterns that are too large, or a little distorted and take away from the overall appearance of the piece of clothing. Now wait, I know you're going to say that this problem can be easily rectified using a paint program such as Paint Shop Pro (PSP). However, just saying Pp...Pa...Paint... well you get the idea! just saying it makes me feel like puking! It would be so much easier and so much less of a headache if LL would implement that here. I mean, if it can be done with objects, surely it can be done with clothing.

In addition, there should be an option where the textures of sleeves on jackets and shirts can be made different from that of the rest of the piece of clothing if the creator so chooses. Just a few of my little suggestions and ideas. Hope LL takes a peek and decides to add this feature..would truly help those that do not wish to use paint programs or even ones who don't have access to a paint program but would still like various options in creating clothes.

Thanks for listening!
