I took a look at it before i bought it and noticed under the tab "options" there was a check box that was greyed and not checked - with the label "Mature", so i figured good deal. I bought the land and I could change the "mature" check box. I then got to learn that this did not change the rating of my property but it was only the advertisement. I figured this was odd since I could make a Mature add in a PG area!
I think the design of the options dialog makes it too easy for people who are new to SL and also non-english people to easily missunderstand what you actually change.
