Land Search Feature

Just a thought... I would like to see a search feature implemented in the land tab that allows you to narrow the search for property by selecting specific criteria. For example, instead of spending hour upon hour flying from plot to plot and relying on vague descriptions and inaccurate listings, wouldn't it be so much better to be able to select what type of land you want and have your search narrowed for you. If you select winter, mature and water, then only the properties that meet all three of those criteria would list in the find window. Or how about searching for tropics, pg and interior. This could easily be done by adding radial buttons for general criteria common to land, such as winter, tropics, water, interior, mountain, flat, beach and - of course - mature and pg.

Hopefully I am not the only one that thinks this would be a useful feature, saving time, energy and frustration.
