I propose an LSL call to expedite bug reporting with a form something along these lines: llFileBugReport(string category, string summary, string repro, string observed, string expected)
In the case of the slow loading texture bug a script could be programmed to file one automatically anytime your location shifted much.

*sighs* doesn't anyone look though the script library anymore? Notecard2EmailTechSupportI haven't looked at the script in ages so i don't know what work needs to be done on it (i was a noob scirpter when i wrote it). If anything the function should be... llFileBugReport(integer category, string subject, string message, key object, key texture) BUG_GRAPHICS BUG_INVENTORY BUG_...

I was semi-joking, inspired by the need to send so incredibably many bug reports for the same bug over and over and over add infiinitum ad nauseum. And so on an so on, etc.
A more reaslistic approach would be to store the most recently filed bug reports and allow one to select them as needed from a menu in the bug report dialog
