[Ok you're gonna see a block of a few suggestions from me here, but I though best to post as seperate threads to aid discussion rather than dump them all in here. Actually, before you read any of them, please be aware that these suggestions are from someone who hasn't been around that long! Feel free to correct! I did check first tho...]

I'm from the UK. I'd like to suggest that when scripting, the client should respect the codepage settings of the user. This _is_ a niggle but irritating. When I type an @, I expect to see an @, and when I type a ", I expect to see a ". There are others and I'm sure people from other countries with different codepages from mine have similar problems.
