What I mean by this precicely is to give us control over what is rezed/visible for us on other parcels.(Beyond the draw distance limitation already set) This is something I was pondering when a 'neighbor' built a nasty looking default wood wall around the border of my land.

I propose this as a selective, client end only feature. Meaning that it wouldn't really affect the objects themselves that our neighbors have placed, only our client allows us to see.

This setting could be done a few different ways: Per Object/Prim (which seems a little complicated for the programmers to impliment), per User (to invis a certain users objects), or per parcel (for instance, if a neighbor really dislikes the build and it's not against the TOS, so they cant complain, at least they can then just set it so they cant see the build itself)

Any thoughts on this? pros/cons? I'm hoping to add this to the voting system if enough people support this idea.

That would be cool, like the ability to block localized sounds outside the parcel.

In the "about land" tools... have a tab:
CODE

[X] Hide objects/avatars on neighboring parcels:
[X] Furry Vermin Clubhouse
[ ] ...
[X] Hide this parcel from neighboring parcels:
[X] Furry Vermin Clubhouse
[ ] ...
[X] Hide banned avatars.
:)

(really, I love the low-rent look... check out Coonspiracy Central on Noonkkot some time)
