I suggest making these changes to the feature vote system:
-search proposals
I've probably wasted valuble votes by posting feature requests that have already been posted. But I don't know because I can't find a way to see if someone's already voted for that feature.
-remove proposals that have been implemented or won't be implemented
Or at least move them to a seperate category.
-reward accepted suggestions
Maybe you should reward people who make helpful suggestions with more votes.
-create a way to earn more votes
I started with a small number of votes. I used some of them but I had some left. Now when I log in the system shows I have 0 votes. I don't know why, and I don't think it's fair, but I don't really care. Though I think it would be nice to know that in 5 years when Second Life is much more popular and streamlined, I'll be able to suggest a feature.
If I'm 27 years old and I use Second Life until I'm 37 that means I have to go 10 years without ever suggesting a single feature because the features I wanted weren't available when SL was still in its adolescence.
