Seperate Land Rental Forum thread from Land Sales forum thread

Since rental is becoming more popular these days, I think it should have it's own thread where renters and rentees (?) can hook up easily without getting burried in land sale announcements.

That's a great idea but probably there are too many land dealers who mix and match rentals to be able to deal with that because then they'd be tempted to spam up the classifieds even more than they already do.

What we do need is an in-game classifieds ad board that enables us to provide services, rentals, and a variety of other products beside land for sale.

The absence of such a board is a serious hindrance to business.

Also, are you having trouble finding an answer to your query to get something like $250/week/150-200 prims but right on a telehub?

Well, I think you're going to have a VERY hard time because telehubs just cost more due to their being high-traffic high-sales areas.

I think what I offer for $250/117/512 per week with FIND PLACES included in that mall is a good deal, and 200 or so meters from the TH. I'll have some closer soon.

You can also ask my competitors in the rentals business if they have anything in this range: Anshe Chung, Blue Burke, Wendy LeMay, Hiro Queso, Buck Spinnaker -- not sure all of them have commercial rentals but ask. If I left anybody out, let me know. There are many people doing rentals just on their own lot, as a way to make a little cash on the side. I don't think they have space on telehubs though.

I went and looked at your Pharos land, and that is almost exactly what I had in mind. I'm still sitting on my idea and waiting to decide if I want to make that move. Your price is great. The near a telehub wasn't really my priority, just getting some traffic was and I know that area and owned land there before and I do think it's a great location. Thanks for checking

Back to the thread. Great Idea but, I think there is a "Classfied" section where you can promote just this very thing.

My standard rate for land rental is 400 L$ for 234 prims and 1024sqm, also including find listing. I have 1.5 million sqm in 140 sims available to choose from, some at commercial roadsides and in telehub sims. Basically all land I have for sale is also available for rent.

In telehub markets and malls you can rent space to build your own store with 250 prims for 600-1000 L$.
