Currently, it does no good to put keywords into the charter description when creating or updating a group. I.E. the charter description field is not searched on. Here's an example: the group "iCon-Define Yourself" has the word "individuality" in its charter, but you won't find it by searching on that word.
I consider this a serious oversight and intend to submit a vote proposal that it be "fixed". I am interested in the input and,hopefully, support of all of you.
