I propose to add a new group role ability to control whether the role recieves and makes group IMs.
Some avatars wish to be a member of the group (maybe just to get the tag, or use other abilities) but not recieve group IMs.
This would also give us the ability to have a "banned" role for open enrollment groups whereyou could add a member and give them no abilities, so they can no longer spam the group.
Of course this would also mean we would need the ability to remove a member from the everyone role, so maybe this restriction should be changed so that a member has to have at least one role instead.
