A useful feature, I feel, would be the ability to span a single texture across multiple surfaces (such as a group of cube surfaces, on the same plane ) as though it is one surface. I seem to spend 99% of my time manually scaling and shifting textures to align correctly.

For example, say you have a wall, with a window. The window is in a specific place, and is a specific shape, hense the wall around it is made up of several segments. Mapping a single texture to the 'whole wall' would be extremely useful and would greatly aid a higher quality build.

( also, this has probably been asked before but my search results yeilded nothing:- Why is texture scaling limited to increments of 0.005, while offsets are allowed an accuracy of 0.001 ? This also makes it extremely difficult to get the desired results )
