Scripting options for Group Land

Turn off Ouside Scripting should be cleaned up for owners of malls and clubs / group owned land to allow them to turn off scripting without then need for people to deed items to the group
Maybe two options of
Turn off Outside Scripting (this is allows owners and deedable scrips as usual)
Enable Scripting Set to Group (this is a more flexible addition to allow people to run vendors etc while disabling outside scripting and the whole group can use as set in landtab.
The combination of the two would greatly reduce a large amount of the griefing and bomb attacks on islands and clubs
