Limit range of "typing sounds" to 20m

Depnding on your sound settings, you may be able to hear "typing sounds" further away than you can "hear" chat. This can be distracting and confusing.

And I guess the opposite happens as well... you can chat with someone but not hear their typing if you're too far away.

Would it be possible to limit the range of the "typing" sounds to exactly 20 meters, so you could always hear someone you could "hear", but never hear them if they were out of "hearing" range?

How about starting to limit the shout range of avatars. I've heard whole conversations between people a sim away, not all of it clean either (it was a mature sim, but still, how would you like to hear "I'm going to go play with my wife, she's wet" from half a sim (and several buildings) away?

Shout is limited to 100 meters.

And how far is 100m? About half a sim in one direction, half a sim in the other.
