Instant Message Management

I have a suggestion that I would like to offer. There are times when it can be exceptionally difficult to keep track of new Instant Messages as they come in. Especially when you are hosting at a club or simply have many friends who choose to all speak to you at once. Presently, your tab system allows for the tab from the active messaging avatar to Flash, thus alerting you. The problem is that sometimes, the flashing tab is way off to the side and is not completely visible unless you go looking for it. I propose that either you have a preference setting that allows the active window to flash and re-center itself within the main IM window, or at least have a small box at the top that shows the name of the avatar who is currently attempting to contact you. This way, nobody gets ignored and keeps all relations happy. Please give this suggestion some consideration. I really believe that this upgrade will make it much easier for us to be able to keep track of all our messages without missing one cause it fell outside of the confines of the main IM window frame.
