Please stop putting snapshots we accept from others into the Textures folder - they are differentiated by a shapshot icon, so obviously there is some system flag that these items are different from textures. Please put them instead into the Photo Album folder.

okay this would be nice. textures are hard enough to keep organized enough for the list to be usable.

what i really want to see though is folders under textures appearing in the texture selection box. oh my stars would i like that.

I just wish it was possible to prevent taking "accidental" snapshots by hitting the button by accident. lol

Agreed this can be anoying.

I also agree that there should be a verify button or something when you click Snapshot as i've wasted probly 40 by accidently hitting the Snapshot button. It would be cool if there could be a preview of the snapshot then a "save" option and THEN you get billed 10 and saved.

Great idea! Sometimes it takes quite a while to get a good screenshot, if you're trying for something specific...

Does it cost anything to do a snapshot-to-disk using the backtick (`) key? If not, then just do disk snapshots, review them with an offline viewer, and upload the 'keepers'. Granted, that's not as convenient as being able to review the pic within SL; on the other hand, I hate the SL snapshot viewer, it always gets the aspect ratio wrong.

Great suggestions. We will have a keep/discard mechanism for snapshots soon.

Snapshots saved to disk are free, and match the resolution of the screen rather than being stretched to match a nearby texture size.
