Title says it all.
Checkbox on land to choose to transfer all objects in place on land to new owner when land is sold.
That will put a stop to the great Land Developer controversy.

As would a seperate way of selling all objects you own on a plot simultaneously (without selling or even necessarily owning the plot) |
