Option to sell land plus objects on land

Title says it all.

Checkbox on land to choose to transfer all objects in place on land to new owner when land is sold.

That will put a stop to the great Land Developer controversy.

Signed. This would be very useful for various reasons.

As would a seperate way of selling all objects you own on a plot simultaneously (without selling or even necessarily owning the plot)

I was under the impression that this WAS in the works for the very near future. Something mention in one of the town hall logs, I think.
