Flags that wave in and according to thing wind, that are fabric like and can be modified like any other prim. You can add a texture. Think of it kind of like your avies clothes on full bumbed and clothed setting in prefs cept the clothe is not on your avie, it is anywhere you want it

AV clothing isn't on the av mesh, it is the av mesh (the av mesh is morphed). What shape would the cloth be? How would it be defined?
