Remove modify permission inheritance!

I have a fairly simple request, here. How about removing the pointless inheritance of the modify permission, so that we can rename objects which are modifiable, but have non-modifiable content in inventory, and have scripts do the same, with attachments? It wouldn't be difficult to implement, if permissions are being stored in any even marginally sane manner, and, depending on how the permissions are stored, it may even make database interactions (marginally) faster.

You can rename this kind of object, you just have to rez it first.

I think the fact that you can't rename this kind of object in inventory is more of a bug than a lack of a feature.
