How about a new folder that is FIXED and cannot be deleted, that just lists the things one is currently wearing? You Cannot delete the things in this folder, but if you take them off or detach, they disappear (back to your normal inventory location). This way if you are wearing things from several places in your inventory, you have one place that shows them all? Or maybe just an option to show only what you're currently wearing (like search show only what you just searched for)?

If I forget what I am wearing (which I quite often DO and ppl ask me where its from etc), I just type in Worn in the search box and it brings up everything that you a wearing
