Particle Emitter Offset

This request is quite basic-- add one parameter to the particle systems (PSYS_SRC_OFFSET), which would set the base location in local coordinates that the other operations, such as radius, work off of. This would simulate a movement of the particle system without any change. It would be quite helpful for object with very large radius values, so that they could be found closer to the emitted particles.

Perhaps add (PSYS_SRC_OFFSET_TYPE) to set whether it should be in local or world coordinates.

Ha, I second this request, the feature seems lacking in the current system, just spent two hours trying to figure out how to have the particles emit from the bottom of a hollowed out, dimpled bowl...not happening right now I see.

As I've seen from different posts, I'd hate to waste prims, since I thought the particles would be able to do this intrinsically, it has in older version...wonder why they took the feature out?

Maybe...they'll just increase the prim limit on vehicles? :D right right, particles, we're talking about particles...
