The idea here is simular to that of a 3D editing program and using object Molding points or Push and pull Molding Of object simular looking to stretchs but by being able to mold objects in this way One prim can do the shaping job of 5 if used currectly... this reduces the need to load many proms ad allows for Vast impromevments and objects are suddenly able to do much mcuh more with the 30 prim limits... other advanced shaping systems can be added such as Object Wave... Object tile.... etc etc.... the number of shapes that can be made by one object becom limitless and all builders can do more with less and reduce prim loading by leeps and bounds...

P.S the only problem is that either a new texturing system woiuld need to be devolped OR adionall prims can be clinged to the survice of the base prim for specific textures... The over all benefits of allowing more creativity and more efficient rezzing of objects far out ways this.... the post "thats why it wont be implemented" exsplain how this is a negative effect on the SL world please.... simple posts like that dont help....

Another thing that was suggested some where else in reponce to this is allowing prims to be exsported from Maya/3dsmax..etc
