Improvements to llInstantMessage

Since as I understand it the reason for the 2 second delay is to prevent spaming. Can we have a llInstantMessageOwner and llInstantMessageCreator that do not have the 2 second delay. Why would the owner/creator want to use something that spamed them?

Or just code into the llInstantMessage a detector that doesn't delay the script if the owner/creator is messaged.

I just ran a test in Aqua... loop until 10 it took about 11 secs
