Searching for Land...

I've been trying to figure out a way to search for all land offered for sale by someone who seems to have reasonable prices, and whom I've dealt with before in my first life and trust not to rip me off.

Unfortunately, I can't find a way to do it.

As well, I'd like to search only for land that I'm eligible for (as someone who's never owned land before), in Mature areas.

I'd like to sort results based on what sim it's in, and how far away from a telehub it is, and all sorts of information that I'm not given from the standard search screen. These are bits of information that would be VERY handy to have -- otherwise, SL will need to start a community of Virtual Estate agents to build that information themselves, which will undoubtedly be struck with the same inaccuracies as plague 1L real estate agency listings.

For the First Land program, use the pulldown menu. The rest should be pretty easily done too. (You ARE using the Find tool in game, right?)

I most certainly am using the Find tool.

My desire is more for the ability to search for 'first land' in an area marked 'mature'.

I'd also like to search for 'land for sale' by 'second life resident named <x>'.

I'd like to be able to see the region that a piece of land is in in the list, rather than having to individually look at each entry in the list.

Yes, there's ways to do these things -- but they're time-consuming, and detract from the fun of the virtual world. I want to work with the world, not with the tools that I have to use to interact with the world.
