I want MVDs, which are Monkey-based Venereal Diseases. It would spread ONLY to people who have no prior interaction with another person yet decide to rate this other person blindly. The result would be that the "rater" would grow a monkey on their face, partially blocking their view with it's scary screaming mug. This would continue until they went to a Temple of Rate Abuse and made a small offering. Otherwise, everyone around would know that this person blindly rates people.
And because being "Monkey-Faced" (tm) wouldn't be a big deal to many of the people who would be affects by this (due to their lowered expectations and horrible "ME - NOW!" mind-sets), I suggest that this monkey should fart . . . constantly.

I know some monkeys who would be offended by that.
Can i suggest buck teath instead?
