So many SL residents.... so few know they can vote directly for new features at http://secondlife.com/vote.

I proposed a vote at : http://secondlife.com/vote/index.php?get_id=1226
which suggests reminding people in-game that they can vote, if their accounts is over 30 days old and they haven't got all their vote points allocated.

Of course, there should also be an option so people can turn off this notification, or, better yet, set an interval of how many days they must have had unused votes for before the system will remind them again. (1 being the default, but up to 30).

This would encourage people to vote for new features (getting much more good quality feedback, in an easily accessible form, to the Lindens) but without any needless spam (cause they could just turn the notices off very easily).

So yeah, comments here, and please vote for this.

Once people have voted for it enough, it might get more people using the voting system, so then we can get the Lindens working on fixing the stuff that matters most to us.

A reminder - it'd be nice if people passed around the secondlife.com/vote link in SL itself to encourage more people to vote :)
