Feature to mute IM's of people that have been Muted In game

I don't know about anyone else, but when I have muted an avatar in game, I CERTAINLY have NO interest in getting an IM from them! Now I know some might just say "Just close the IM box and don't read it", but I think it would be a better system for someone to come up with a feature that allows us to not only mute the resident. I personally would like to see a feature that says "Mute IM's from resident" as well. Just my opinion, for what it is worth...or not.

Muted residents should be muted in IM. Next time this happens to you, you may want to consider bug reporting it.
