been west of the welcome area? there is or used to be a city in Phobos i think. all it takes is building one.

Ohhh instant content. If it were only that easy  SL is the playing feild. You have to design and build the game on the feild. You could auto-rez a city if you wanted. But you would have to build the auto-rezzer. If you want a city you will have to design and build it.

Might not be Lagopolis if the servers were responsible for less land, and therefore able to handle increased traffic.
You can check out Neualtenburg (could be 'berg' too). It's a city, kind of. It's a good idea for an experiment that might have fizzled.
Oh! Also check out Wixom Wild West, Chinatown (I've only heard of it thus far), and Maxim. Those are some neat builds.
