I'd like to have an adjuster to clothing similar to the one that makes a shirt short or long. The difference would be that it would work from one side to the other, making it possible to have a tattoo on one arm (if you adjust it so that only half of it is showing). Feasible? i'm sure it's been suggested many times if it is.
