I am a real estate agent in real life. I find second life's real estate market a little hard to navigate. Granted I am new to Second Life. I would like to suggest a feature for owners where they can see how many times a day someone went to find land and then requested a teleport to their property. It will be nice to get a sense of how much interest there is in a property to measure what to price it at based on interest or lack of. Also why doesn't Linden offer an in game rental search?! I don't like the idea of having to post on the forum to get a tenant or relying on word of mouth. It just seems like the process could be better organized.

There are lots of things with land-sales that could be dramatically improved...
What about simple options to search ONLY for PG or Mature land? Or options to search through terrain types? (like snow/green/rock/etc.) What about searching by keyword? Or by sales agent? (or filter out certain sales agents) _____________________
