Control of "Create" Tab within your Inventory

Is it possible to change the way that the Create tab works?

For example, when creating a new Note, it always appears in the default Note folder of my inventory. When I create a new Folder, it always appears in Personal Items.
But if I want to create such items within a different folder that I already have open and highlighted in my inventory, I have to move the New item there.

Is there a way to create them so that they appear directly where I want the item to be saved?

You mean "Create menu", right? Well here's the thing. Right-click on a FOLDER and you'll see those same options come up. Use those instead, to directly implant a note into a specific location, for example.
