I'm hoping to get this one considered because I've witnessed this happen to a friend of mine on SL, she can't stay logged in for longer than a second because as soon as she logs in the attachment makes her crash. Or at least thats what we think is happening, she didn't start crashing repeatedly until she put the attachment on, still its a good idea.

This is a good idea. I don't think it'll get much attention now though, as there are many, many other issues it is competing against and the issue of attachments that cause you to crash isn't one that LL probably wants to admit, as :
1) it would fuel the complaints about griefers
2) it would publicise the existence of such attachments and thus mean that griefers started to go looking for these tools to use
3) it would force LL to admit yet another serious crash bug in the SL client.

My advice to you is simple : try to gather more reports of this happening into this thread. Doing so will embarass LL, and hopefully if you do it enough they'll be shamed into fixing this problem.

While you're at it, suggesting that estate owners can limit the number or complexity (number of prims) worn as attachments per av might be worth doing. I imagine this wouldn't be popular with people who have very decorated avs, but having someone wander in with a gazillion prims attached to them and crash or utterly lag a sim isn't that great. Some kind of warning would be good, e.g. "Note: the owner of this estate has limited the number of attachments worn by avs. Your current attachments exceed that limit. [Remove attachments and enter] [Return to origin]"

@Firefox

Try having her login to a location that has no-script. On the login screen change login location to Ahern. The scripts in the attachements will not run.

Better have LL inspect what that faulty attachment is doing. It either might be corrupted or an outright bad script to begin with.
