Or even a "Confirm Refund" box, when someone requests a refund on an item in their inventory, it brings up a box asking them to confirm this and then auto-deletes the item if the seller agrees to the refund.

This came out of another thread.

Personally, I like the idea. Any purchased object should be markable as "refundable". Then if the buyer wants a refund, he could ask for it in the game. The seller gets prompted at the next login and shown a picture of the item. If he accepts the refund, the buyer gets their money back. If the seller counters with a partial refund, then the seller has the option to accept the partial refund... it goes back and forth like this with offer and counter-offer until both the buyer and seller accept the transaction.

Why not just buy the item and if unsatisfied, contact the seller? You may not always get a refund but it would be easier than what you have proposed.
