Filter out sigs when searching

When doing a search, sigs are included in the text searched. If it can be done, the sig text should be filtered from the searchable text. I just needed to search "knees" and of course got just about every post since Lance joined because he posts frequently and has "I'm the bee's knees..." in his sig.

Also give me lots of money.

I think I was stoned when I wrote this. Sigs aren't included in the search.
