Simple, Add ability to use the rotate tool to rotate out a copy of prim(s). Would help alot for axis builds etc. Just a thought

Use drag-copy then hit control-z to return the dragged prim to the original spot. Now you can rotate it while leaving the copy in place.

I agree with Drittz that it'd be great to have, I ran into the issue not to long ago and even Live Hepled about it.
