Out of SL Object Creation

I was thinking that mabey there could be a program that can be used to create objects without logging into SL that could either be uploaded at a later time or be emideatly added to the creator's inventory.

This would be good for creating objects while having no internet access. Or while on computer other than your gaming PC which may not have the capability of running SL.
