There are no corresponding primitive params for llGetLocalRot() or llGetLocalPos(), which were added fairly recently. To take full advantage of child prim movement, which is an exciting addition to LSL, we need corresponding parameters for llGet/SetPrimitiveParams, such as PRIM_LOCAL_POSITION and PRIM_LOCAL_ROTATION.
