One idea that randomly popped into my head: What if there were forum sections for a community of a sim that wanted one? Like the Blue section or the Jessie section? Then all the posts with the upcoming war in Jessie and the restoration of Americana can be better fit?

Good idea Derek, I think that could be covered in the new "Groups Forum" If it had been enabled earlier we could have put all the Americana updates there.
