Perhaps this exists, if so, fill me in.
I would like an option where if there's someone you initially made a friend with
but don't talk to, or at worst, don't like... then you can either silence their name
so the little blue note doesn't pop up and inform them that you're there...
Or an option to remove people from your list in a silent mode.
For instance, you met someone you like and made friends, but you've not
communicated with them for months, then you could remove them from your
list without a note saying "Dragonman has taken YOU off their friends list!"
Poor sod must wonder what the hell they did wrong.
Perhaps a better thing would be for the IM list to just file them away.
More interested in hiding from some people though, so please, a silence feature.
