Pre-1.6, there was an option for calling cards in inventory that would grant a person modify properties on your objects. Very usefull for colaberative projects, debugging someone else's scripts, etc.
Needless to say, I was Not Pleased when I found it missing the other day.
(Added as propisition 130. Vote for me! I mean it!)

Hey Elle, it's still there but the location has changed... click "Friends" button at the bottom of your screen and select a friend and then click "Grant Modify Rights..." that should do the trick!  |

You can remove it yourself. Go to the proposal, and set votes to zero.
