indentifying others peoples objects on my land

I would like not only to be able to see who has placed objects on my land visibly but also a written list of the names/description of the objects to identify what theese objects are and to access wether ot not they are scripted or otherwise harmful.i have sevral properties and when you have large structers with high primcounts and multiple people placing items on your land its hard to see whats what.
