Shortcut for Friends button as well as the rest of the interface buttons

I posted into the hotline, I mean the answers forum, and was asked to open a vote on the suggestion for a keyboard shortcut for the friends button to go with the other main UI shortcuts. I've done this - if you'd like to see it implemented please go vote, if not why not? You can find it over here as proposal 864.

Well, I think it would be useful to have a menu to setup shortcuts yourself. If you wanted FRIENDS to be CTRL-SHFT-F, you have the option of using that, but could choose another shortcut if you wanted.

I've always used Ctrl-T (New IM) for a quick look at friends on-line. 'Tain't a solution for the general case but it does have the advantage of already being implemented.

Then it should be made optional. Regardless, tooltips provide text over icons so it shouldn't matter.

In my clumsiness, I ended up reassigning some of the keyboard shortcuts. One is Ctrl-T for Instant Message window, which I kept slipping over. I made a new one: Ctrl-Space, very easy to mash and hard to miss.

BTW, in the latest SL 1.8.1, there does appear to be a builtin shortcut for Friends, and it is CTRL-SHIFT-F. :)
