color your friends' chat text

Would it be possible to designate an RGB number for your friends' or enemies' chat text?
It'd make it much easier to notice when your friends were talkin' to ya, in crowded areas.
This has probably already been suggested. But I was just thinking since you can customize system text colors and stuff, how 'bout your buddies'?

On a similar note, how about highlighting text that contains your name? This is a common feature in IRC clients. It would make it much easier to hear people talking to and about you in crowded areas.
