I'm certain that this 'must' have been suggested before but I would like to stand up and be counted, too!

WE NEED A 'SEARCH' FEATURE FOR OUR INVENTORY!

I can't count the number of times that I have looked for an item and failed to find it! It's bound to be up there somewhere with the nat'l debt! GRRRRRR!

I have created 'new' folders in an attempt to organize it and tried desperately to keep it current. Unfortunately, I have discovered that after transferring sturff from one window to another, I inadvertantly placed an item.... or rather speaking cummulatively.... SEVERAL items in a folder that they didn't belong in!

I go crazy later looking for it, then finally just go out and buy a duplicate, only to accidentally find later that it slipped into a folder with another type of item in it! ARGH!

It's great fun to open up what you think is a fancy dress outfit and find a Zen Cosmic Sphere Hot Tub.... which btw, I've bought TWO of now and can't find either one!!!!!

I realize that there is a problem with trying to find a 'unique' name for some things, but to look for earrings and not know whether the name is diamond earrings, or earrings/diamond or pearl earrings or whatever why can't I judt do a search for diamonds! Or maybe just earrings!

That way I could find something even if it's misplaced.

Ok, enuf said! It's just one of my pet peeves in here, but it's one that should have a simple solution,

Thanks for letting me vent!!! ;)

I agree.
If it's in my objects folder i usually can find it by sorting on date.
But sometimes it's a new folder somewhere, or a new folder in Clothing or even somewhere else...
We need a search with wildcards...

Someone please do something about this. The inventory gets crazy full after you are in game for 2 months. I hope this feature will be added pretty soon. Will make the avies happy!!

I bought a watch last night and can't find it because I don't remember the name of it. If there was a search feature, all I would do is type "watch" and find it.

Does anyone knows an easy way to find stuff in their inventory?? "Watch" is not the first word for this item.

*crosses finger hoping the addition of this feature soon*

You can type a letter in your inventory starting with the letter of the object you are looking for.....like S for shirt then when you get into that folder you can type a letter or letters that starts with the name of the shirt. Hope this helps:)

More extensive inventory options are "in the works", last I heard.

Hang tight.
