Curently the prim alotment is (SQ * .25) - 1 I sugest you remove the "-1"
So 512SQ = 128 prims (insted of 127 prims)
This gets to be a problem when someone cuts a piece up for vendors since it removes the number of prims they can use.
--- PS: Fix the bug where SL returns the wrong object! Or disable "forced Auto return"
I just lost parts of my building and my vendors are mad at me because someone rezed 100 prims and SL returned the wrong items.
Is there any way to keep people from using my prim alotment from other parcels owned by the group?

A sim supports 15000 prims, plus some reserve for things like vehicles and temporary objects.
There are 128 512-square-meter parcels in a sim.
15000 / 128, rounded down, is 117.

And 1024 sq m is 234, so halving your plots isn't a problem

However, cutting a parcel up can lose you a prim or two in the long run because the prim calculation system rounds down.
prim alotment = (sqm / 65536) * 15000, rounded down always
So even if your "real" prim alotment would be 20.999, you get 20. This is a good thing, because otherwise the sim would end up giving out more prims than 15000.

But the newer sims (V4) can actualy handle double the prims. I'm saying that for sims that arn't using the higher prim alotment setting they should make it an even number.
For example I made a 4m wide border around my property and set it "no build" "no-script"

From: grumble Loudon But the newer sims (V4) can actualy handle double the prims. I suspect that even the older servers can handle a few more prims... enough to make the total prim count 16384 + a reserve instead of 15000 + reserve (which I suspect adds up to 16384 ). The 15000 prim limit is such an oddball number... Making it a power of two would make things SO much easier on everyone.
