I've noticed a few people recently posting in Second Life Answers thinking anyone can reply, and they have to wait for a Linden to reply..
I was wondering if we could have a seperate answers forum (Resident Answers?) for residents to be able to reply to (maybe of a certain age?) for questions that don't fit into any of the other forum catagories?
A lot of the questions asked in Second Life Answers could be answered by 90% of residents, therefore a Resident Answers forum would give the Lindens more time to answer the more complex questions..
Any thoughts?

I think it's just a misleading name for a forum. What was wrong with 'Hotline to Linden'? At least you knew what it was! Second Life Answers just sounds like a place where lazy people who don't read FAQ's would post I do sometimes wish I could answer those Hotline/Answer posts, for sure

I feel Second Life Answers should be able to be answered by residents of a certain age, or at least there be an alternative forum.. Maybe "Linden Answers" and "Second Life Answers"?

How about using an approved volunteers group that can be threatened with having their privilleges revoked for starting a flame war in that forum?
