This is in regards to earlier discusion about replacing the sit target teleportation exploit with a llOfferTeleport() command.
I might be the only person in the "world" who has working portable teleporters, however I would like a llOfferTeleport() command to work for portable and moving objects, and work relative to where and how the object is positioned in "space". The reason it's important to me is because my starship uses sit target for it's transporter. It's a really cool feature that I don't think some weak "land option" based teleportation can fullfill.
If you guys take away sittarget teleportation, please create a powerful permission based replacement, that doesn't require specific co-ordinates. If you don't, you will be limiting many more creative possibilities.

Oh yes. Please, please add a "local" option to the Teleport() function when you make it.

May i remind LL that for a combat system you need to re-spawn players and it can be complicated to push an avatar out of a complex dungeon. So any solution they come up with has to be reasonably compatible with a dungeon based MMORGP.
